  18. (1) Make sure you have not SHIFT-maximized any windows in the system.
  19. (2) Change your TCPSTART.CMD file so that the daemons start with START
  20. /MIN...  (You might also want to add the /N parameter to some of them,
  21. to cut down a tad on memory consumption.)
  22. (3) We have created a program object called "Start TCP/IP," marked it
  23. as Start Minimized, and dragged it to the Startup Folder (instead of
  24. depending on STARTUP.CMD to run it).  It works quite well.
