  28. Ahh.. at last, a clue has been identified!

  30. My system also has the PERMANENT window POSITION set, using SHIFT while moving
  31. around a text window.  This feature, by the way, is extremely annoying..

  33. How can it be restored to the prior form, ie. auto-cascading of windows?
