  23.   This has been documented by IBM, and is referred to as the "sticky Alt key"
  24.   problem.   The resolution is to quickly press and release the *LEFT* Alt
  25.   key.   I ass-u-me a fix will be forthcoming.
  26.   IBM put a document on IBMLink which describes several bugs in the SP, and
  27.   fixes or workarounds where they exist.   I posted a message there asking
  28.   for permission to distribute the doc here, but haven't heard back, but
  29.   someone uploaded it to ftp-os2.nmsu.edu anyway...
