  15. Some guy was having trouble using the shut down about a week ago, and I didn't
  16. pay much attentionSl to the solution.  Anyways, I select shutdown, and when
  17. the messagebox comes up, yes, cancel, help.  Help and cancel do the right
  18. thing, but yes doesn't respond.  The button pushes, but nothing happens.
