- In DOS 5.0, I can use the /X switch on ANSI.SYS and be able to distinguish
- between the Del key on the keypad and the Delete key among the extended keys,
- for example. This also seems to be supported in a DOS window under OS/2.
- However, the OS/2 ANSI.SYS documentation does not mention an /X switch at all.
- If I specify /X when loading the OS/2 ANSI.SYS, no error message is issued,
- but the ANSI sequences to reassign the extended keys don't work.
-
- Have I missed something here? Or has IBM simply tried to get by with a
- minimal ANSI.SYS?
