- [sorry if you have seen this already, I was having trouble with outgoing
- news for a while]
-
- Hi.. I am hoping that someone can shed some light on what otions I have,
- here is my situation:
-
- I have a 386sx that is (and will be) running a dos e-mail system.
- (fredmail, d'bridge, searchlight bbs, squish, etc..) I wish is to be a
- the file/disk server. I have a 486 [running os/2, of course!] that I want
- to be able to access the 386 from, via a lan.
-
- I would like to be able to access the 386 from any session on the 486, as
- normal drive letters (they were before setup as i, j and k). I would like
- to run this over cheap ethernet or arcnet cards..
-
- Can anyone point out that I can do to get this going, or what my options
- are? I don't know what is available for os2, or this combination.
-
- thanks,
- Zak Smith
