- A friend of mine had this problem before the GA on his 486/50. dropping it out
- of turbo mode cleared up most of it. The CSD fixed the rest of it.

- It appears to be a speed/timing related thing. Machines affected are those
- with fast CPUs and TSENG video cards - in certain combinations. Not all
- machines are affected. I think the motherboard manufacture may be a factor.
