  16. Does anybody know if the CSD fixed problems using COM3 or COM4 when com3 was
  17. not being used? I have a modem on com3 irq5 and under OS/2 I cannot access it
  18. - it gives me a message that com3 was being used and the program tried to access
  19. it. I have to boot DOG 5.0 to use my modem. (PS. I am using te/2 under os/2).
