  21.   Sounds like an excuse, I wrote a QIC-40/80 Driver and I never had 
  22.   a hardware ( Device Driver Dev Kit ), perhaps they were caught by 
  23.   suprise! Everythin that you need is the the Phys Device Driver
  24.   reference manual, Steve Mastriani's Book, and some old OS/2 1.x
  25.   books. MASM 5.1 or 6.0 and Microsoft C 6.0 is all that you need!
