  46. ALT - F1 worked for me after I installed my service pack. It restored
  47. my desktop back to what it was before I installed the Service Pack and
  48. I eventually was able to fix the problem I had with the white fonts
  49. that I cound not see in my window list. I could change the color of 
  50. the fonts but they became white again after I rebooted. After I did
  51. the ALT - F1 to get my original desktop back, I went back and started
  52. changing the colors again. No problems since then. It was the IBM
  53. person who originally told me to try the ALT - F1 solution.
