  16. Yes, the icon editor is a complicated beast, at least for one such as I, who
  17. seldom uses it. The *device* descriptions are critical: iconeditor will save
  18. icons in many different formats. If you are not saving your icon in a format
  19. appropriate for your present video mode, you will get black icons.

  21. Who has a descripton of IconEditor device settings, a description which is a
  22. model of clarity and conciseness?
