- Probably very little difference. The AT bus XGA-2 adapter is bus
- mastering and coprocessed already. EISA could provide some gains, I
- suppose, but the marginal benefit would be less with this type of
- adapter.

- In any event, I suspect you will see an EISA version of this adapter,
- although I don't have a date to give you. EISA is the third most
- popular PC bus at present, behind AT bus and Microchannel, and may
- fall to fourth with the advent of LocalBus, so that should provide
- some indication of the relative time scale.
