  16. It's from IBM and it's not shareware.  I don't know how much it costs.

  18. I've used it.  It comes from a group that (internally to IBM at least) has
  19. a very good reputation.  I understand its backend is based on the same
  20. design used in the RS/6000 compilers, so its optimization should be very
  21. good indeed.

  23. I work for IBM so my views are of course suspect.  Besides, I don't have
  24. any experience with competing products (don't even know if there are any
  25. or what they are)...
