  27. Is the hard disk full (or nearly full)?  SWAPPER.DAT will not
  28. completely fill the hard disk -- it will fill it only up to the point
  29. specified in the SWAPPATH line in CONFIG.SYS (see the online Command
  30. Reference for details).
