I've used selective install to install the new high res TSENG 4000
drivers after installing the Service Package for OS/2 2.0.  Unfortunately,
I have a lot of flicker.  I'm not sure if my monitor is interlacing or
if the refresh rate is too low.  I know that my monitor, a Sony 1604, is
capable of doing 1024X768@70Hz non-interlaced and I assume that my Diamond
SpeedStar Plus (1 meg) should also support this resolution/rate/mode.

The documentation that I have for the VMODE program is pretty skimpy.  Is
it safe to assume that I'm just not using VMODE correctly for my monitor?
Right now I make a call from STARTUP.CMD to VMODE 38 70 which I thought
would set the card in 1024x768@70Hz but I'm not sure how to tell it not
to interlace.  I've done SVGA OFF, VMODE 30 70, SVG ON from a full screen
DOS session too but I'm still flickering like crazy.

If someone could point me in the right direction and possible send me more
info on using VMODE to get 1024x768@70Hz non-interlaced I'd appreciate it.
