  12. I am attempting to switch to a DVORAK keyboard in OS/2 and have come so close  
  13. but I still have one problem.  I cannot switch any of the vowels.  For example
  14. I type:

  16.     swapdcp -s 21 20 dvorak.dcp

  18. This should switch the 'Y' character to the 'T' position and vice versa ... yet
  19. it does not.  I am able to switch all other characters ... just not vowels for
  20. some strange reason.  Does anyone know why this is so?  Or does anyone have a 
  21. keyboard.dcp file that is set up for Dvorak?  Someone *please* respond either
  22. E-mail or follow-up ... I don't care ... thanx
