  14. Okay, I missed the boat.  Would some kind soul please let me know:

  16.     1.  Where I can find the Service Pack (FTP site),
  17.     2.  Exactly which files I'll need,
  18.     3.  What I have to do with those files, and
  19.     4.  Any advice as to what I should/should not do once I install
  20.         the service pack.
