- Now for the real issue of being able to run programs if the executable flag
- is set, no matter what extention they have, if any at all... 4os2 does it.
- I haven't tested this very thoroughly at all, but I've tried renaming an
- executable to just it's base name and no extention, and if the executable
- flag was set, it could still be executed from 4os2. I think CMD.EXE did not
- execute the program. I don't remember if 4os2 executed the program regardless
- of the executable flag (that is, took a chance that it might be executable).
