- That's pretty much the black icon problem. It's purely cosmetic, doesn't
- affect functionality at all. Fixed in the service pack.

- That thing is the Windows virtual memory swapfile. It gets crapped up when
- you terminate windows in an unfriendly fashion and sometimes just because.
- Flip through your windows books to figure out how to set up a permanent
- swapfile. This will eliminate most of the possibility for trouble.
