- What is the "black icon" problem? I might have had that happen to me tonight.
- I booted OS/2, and all of the icons were in black and white. When I clicked
- on them, they turned to color. I shut down and rebooted, and everything is
- fine.
- On a possibly related note, I reinstalled Windoze last night, since my
- previous installation was 20MB (I need it to run Mathematica for Windoze
- over our network server) and I wanted to cut it down to the bare minimum.
- I ran it tonight, and got some problem with a corrupt swap file. I also
- found a file called "386spart.par" that showed up in my root dir that was
- ~9MB big! I wiped it immediately.
-
- Does any of what I just said make any sense or go together at all?
-
- Thanx,
- -Jer
