  14. Help! LoadDiskF say's theres and error in CRC check!!

  16. I FTP'ed the spg3*.dsk files from software.watson.ibm.com. to my account here 
  17. at Waterloo. From here I copied them to disk and took them home (or downloaded
  18. them if they were too large to fit on a disk). Great! A home I used 
  19. LoadDiskF (which I got from the same site) to restore the disks image, but it
  20. tells me the CRC check is wrong. When I look on the disk It's got several
  21. Gigabyte files on it, and most file names seem to be shifted to the right 
  22.  
  23.  ie "EADME D. OC" or "ISK 5"

  25. This happend with all the 14 disks!!!

  27. A little more info for those who care:
  28.  
  29.     -I used BIN when FTPing
  30.     
  31.     -When I downloaded I used Zmodem and my modems error checking.
  32.  
  33.     -I redownloaded LoadDiskF it check it, it still doesnt work.

  35.     -I downloaded the 14 disk in 4 seperate intervals, spread
  36.       over several days.

  38. Doesn't FTP have ERROR checking??? I MUST !!!
