  10. Why am i unable to run ChkDsk (OS2) with the F parameter?
  11. It gives me a message saying that it is unable to do so because the hard
  12. drive is in use or locked by another process.  Chkdsk runs fine otherwise.
  13. Also it will not run with the F parameter when I boot from the installation
  14. disk.  I'm using FAT.
