  35. I had this under GA once.  The only problem is that I forgot what the exact
  36. fix is.  It has something to do with the DOS/Win-OS2 settings, I think.  One
  37. crude workaround is to selectively [re-]install DOS/Win-OS2 support.  You
  38. might want to copy down the current settings, re-install, then compare.
  39. Might come in handy in the future.

  41. To see the error, run in a window with the 'Close window on exit' setting in
  42. the notebook de-selected (unchecked).
