- I had this under GA once. The only problem is that I forgot what the exact
- fix is. It has something to do with the DOS/Win-OS2 settings, I think. One
- crude workaround is to selectively [re-]install DOS/Win-OS2 support. You
- might want to copy down the current settings, re-install, then compare.
- Might come in handy in the future.

- To see the error, run in a window with the 'Close window on exit' setting in
- the notebook de-selected (unchecked).
