- I installed OS/2 2.0 on my removable HD of my Samsung notebook. Yesterday
- the computer died because I was probably running the battery too low and
- killed the machine. I went to the store and removed the HD and installed
- it in a working notebook but could not get OS/2 to come up. The HD was
- set up with Multiple Boot Manager with DOS 5 in one partition and OS/2
- in another. During boot up, the Boot Manager says OS/2 partition can't be
- located and DOS 5 won't boot. Any comments in swapping HD from one
- machine to another. I notice in an earlier post that someone changed the
- mother board but kept the HD couldn't get OS/2 to boot properly. What kind
- of info does OS/2 depends on the motherboard before it boots??
