  14. I just uploaded PHYSCOLO, a PM utility for displaying the physical
  15. colors on your screen, to Hobbes. This program can be very useful (or
  16. even "fun," as one tester described it :-) if you're running a program
  17. under PM that changes the physical palette. (An example of such a
  18. program would be WinGIF run seamlessly in 256-color mode). You could
  19. even use the program to test whether Palette Manager is enabled for
  20. your screen display; see the documentation for details.

  22. Look for physcolo.zip in the pub/uploads directory of
  23. ftp-os2.nmsu.edu. The file includes the executable, documentation, and
  24. full source code (which may be instructive for my fellow Palette
  25. Manager hackers :-), and a few *.CMD files for easy compilation under
  26. C Set/2 or Watcom C 386 9.0+.  If you have any comments or suggestions
