  21. I don't know if this is the same problem you are having, but I can relate my
  22. experience installing GNUPlot.  Usually when I install a program that has its
  23. own .DLL file, I will leave the .DLL in the same directory as the .EXE file
  24. and the program seems to find it.  GNUPlot, however, does not seem to work
  25. this way.  The EMX.DLL file that comes with GNUPlot must be placed in a
  26. directory that is specified in the LIBPATH in your config.sys.  That was the
  27. only problem that I had, anyway.
