- This is a bug...it has to do with a particular DLL that causes all pull
- downs to appear in the backgroung. Try it. Take a WFW window, and scrunch
- it up. Then pull something down from the button bar. Its there, no matter
- what card you use.
- A gentleman posted a while ago about this, and he specified which dll
- he replaced. I wrote to him asking him where he got the dll (i think
- it was a developers package) and asked him to post it to hobbes.
