  13. I've been running the Service & Performance Pack (32-Bit GRE & bug fixes) 
  14. since it was released and have noticed a couple potential problems...
  15.  
  16. Occasionally, my system will hang on exit from either a DOS or OS/2 session.
  17. Simply exiting from a DOS CLI has brought the whole system down w/o a
  18. warning or Trap msg. being displayed...Interestingly enough, I can't reproduce
  19. this error w/ any type of regularity...Seems to happen about once or twice
  20. a week.  I've seen this happen on my 486-33 w/ 16Megs RAM & TSENG 256-color
  21. drivers, as well as a 386-40 w/ 8Megs RAM & Trident 16-color drivers.

  23. Also, the system doesn't appear to be deallocating & compacting memory as
  24. rapidly or efficiently as before....At bootup, I generally have around 6Meg
  25. free, but after being up for around 4hrs and doing various "stuff" (i.e. 
  26. opening lots of folders, running HyperAccess/5 v3.0 a couple times, viewing
  27. some gifs, etc, etc..) I only have around 2.5Meg free, w/ all windows &
  28. folders closed!  I'm using System Resources v1.40 to obtain this info...

  30. Any ideas as to what's causing the above would be greatly appreciated.
