- The emxlibc.dll file is part of EMX 0.8e, it contains the C runtime
- library (there is a way in EMX 0.8e to link programs with the C library
- in the DLL to have only one copy of it for many programs on disk).

- To avoid packing emx.dll and emxlibc.dll into the .zip/.zoo of every GNU
- software port separately, I had (at the same time) uploaded an archive
- called EMXRUNTM.ZIP to ftp-os2 for those users who don't have the
- complete EMX system installed. Get this one.
