- A program I wrote for OS/2 character mode also has the same problem.
- A user was experiencing really weird behavior, then happened to
- mention that Pulse was running at the time. I told her to remove
- Pulse from the system and all was well.

- There is something REALLY STRANGE about Pulse. You'd think it would
- be just a simple "cycle soaker" but it seems to be much more than
- that. I've ditched it from all my OS/2 systems and advised others
- to do the same....
