- I am still trying to get my modem to work under OS/2. It
- seems that i have no com.sys file, either mentioned in my os2
- config.sys, or even on my entire os/2 partition!!!! I am running a
- regular version of OS/2 2.0 with a service pack on top of it.
- Interestingly, my modem *will* work in a DOS session under OS/2 2.0,
- but I lose plenty of characters....
-
- How can I get these files installed so that my modem can
- work?! I certainly don't want to install the whole thing again --
- indeed, I have no idea why they aren't there in the first place!
-
- Would it work if somebody uuencoded the file and sent it to
- me, or is it system-specific?
-
- Thanks....
