  36. This will help solve problem #1 above. 
  37.  
  38. 1.  Click on the Calendar icon in the startup group.
  39. 2.  Click [File] menu in the Program Manager window.
  40. 3.  Click Properties.  The command line entry should show CALENDAR.EXE.
  41. 4.  Edit the command line entry to include your desired calendar filename,
  42.     e.g.  CALENDAR.EXE yourcal.cal.
  43.  
  44. I have not tried additional command line switches such as would be required
  45. for problem #2. However, the above solution works for me.
