  11. Does anyone know where to get a Win3.1 driver for a VGA board using the Tseng
  12. ET3000 chipset?  The company is in Korea (out of phone range even if I had a
  13. number).  The board will display 256 colors in DOS, but only 16 in Windows.  Any
  14. ideas?
