  12. Can anybody help me?  I have a problem with my keybnoard locking 
  13. up in Windwos v3.1.  But, the mouse is still available when the
  14. keyboard is locked.  A strange side effect of the whole thing is
  15. that I *usually* cannot launch new programs and I *sometimes*
  16. cannot exit the POrogram Manager.  I've tried almost everything I
  17. can think of to fix this, but to no avail.  If anybody can help
  18. me, PLEASE EMAIL ME!!!  Windows is great for running certain
  19. background tasks, (esp a DOS box running DOORWAY, so that my slow
  20. PC can *pretend* to be fast by having some access to my 386
  21. processor), but I can't get it to work reliably... Any help would
  22. be GREATLY APPRECIATED.  Somebody told me that some magazine had
  23. an article that mentioned this problem and its causes, but he
  24. could not remember WHICH or what month or anything... just that
  25. he'd seen it.
