- I understand that the NT compiler is available now under their EEP program
- (Early Experience Program). I guess that means 'beta'? On Compu$erve, they
- have also been talking about it being officially available 12 weeks after
- the official release of NT. That has been repeated many times and has many
- people somewhat upset. I wonder if that magic 12 weeks has something to do
- with their QA program or licensing rules for some MS stuff.

- They also say that OWL programs will just have to be re-compiled - everything
- widens to 32 bits (just like the API). Apparently the same is true for OWL
- on OS/2.
