- Sorry to repeat the question but the information has scrolled off our
- archives. I remember seeing a post here that there are bad troubles
- with some levels of microcode on some IBM scsi adapters. I think I
- have one. The symptoms are that I get through the first batch of
- copying from the CD and it then says "read error - install a new disk"
- or some similar remark. I had the July release installed and am
- successfully restoring it but I cannot get the October release to
- install.
