  14. I'm writng an image file translator and Icon will be included.

  16. I got a files that has multiple icons in it.
  17. According to the Programmers Guide vol 4 for window 3.1
  18. the first word in an icon format is reserved to be 0 and
  19. the next word should be a one.  This is not the case for this
  20. file.  The header is totally different from what it should
  21. be, what gives?
