- I have NT running on my machine with a Diamond Stealth VRAM card with 1 meg.
- My monitor is a NEC 4FG, and I'm able to get it to sync fine at VGA,
- SuperVGA, and 1024x768 resolution. I don't know what to suggest re: the
- 8514 monitor. I know the Stealth card uses some proprietary timings; maybe
- the generic S3 driver can't support them at the speed necessary?
-
- I've noticed a certain amount of jerkiness in the mouse movement with my
- Stealth card when running a couple of apps. If I open up the performance
- monitor and watch system interrupts, it seems like they are continuously
- pegged up at the top of the range. Maybe there is a problem with the Stealth
- card and S3 drivers that causes it to interrupt excessively?
