  10. Can I use Visual Basic for Windows as a front end to Turbo C++ routines or 
  11. do I need Turbo C++ for Windows?  I understand that if I can create a DLL
  12. from my C++ source, then VB can call it.  So the real question is: Can 
  13. Turbo C++ for DOS generates DLL usable by Visual Basic?
