  34. No such product, to my knowledge.  The BORLAND C++ contains both DOS
  35. and Windows compilation options, includes both IDEs, includes a
  36. separate debugger, profiler, help compiler, workshop, etc.  If you buy
  37. the Application Frameworks package with it, you get both OWL and TV.

  42. See above.  The BORLAND (as opposed to Turbo) compiler sets come with
  43. both DOS and Windows functionality.  Well, they do unless Borland has
  44. redone their product line again.  ;-)
