- No such product, to my knowledge. The BORLAND C++ contains both DOS
- and Windows compilation options, includes both IDEs, includes a
- separate debugger, profiler, help compiler, workshop, etc. If you buy
- the Application Frameworks package with it, you get both OWL and TV.

- See above. The BORLAND (as opposed to Turbo) compiler sets come with
- both DOS and Windows functionality. Well, they do unless Borland has
- redone their product line again. ;-)
