  15. I was wondering if any of you  Windows pundits know anything about
  16. this:

  18. I am  trying to run   a  DELL 800x600 16 (or 256) COLOR  DRIVER
  19. on my DELL system (Its DELL everything).  But while the resolution 
  20. seems to be working ok, I get these  shimmering dots around any 
  21. graphic element (around the windows, icons, etc).

  23. Has anyone had this problem before, or if you haven't, would you
  24. happen to know of a solution to this messy screen problem?
