  11. I have a question for experienced ms-windows programmers out there...
  12. What are good tools to have when developing a graphics application for 
  13. windows using Borland C++ 3.1 and Application Frameworks?

  15. Would Windowmaker or zAPP be a good thing to have? They seem to claim that it
  16. makes designing the interface a lot easier than using the Application
  17. Frameworks from Borland.

  19. Any opinions on these two software? Or would you recommend some other
  20. software for a person just starting out?
