  16. I was about to order Petzold 3.1 by mail since I haven't been able to
  17. find it in a bookstore.  If it doesn't include OLE or D&D, and I already
  18. have the 3.0 version, is it worth the money?

  20. By the way, WHY DON'T publishers offer upgrade prices on books like
  21. these, like the software companies do?  Do we need a national boycott to
  22. avoid paying full price for one or two new chapters?
