- It is possible to load a DIB with LoadBitmap() (both homemade and standard
- OBM_* control faces). It is possible to draw a dynamically-contructed DIB
- with StretchDIBits(), et al. But where's the *Missing Link*, a function
- named GetDIBitmapInfo() which gets the pointers to the BITMAPINFO struct
- and bits array which are associated with a DIB bitmap handle, so that you
- can go from LoadBitmap() to StretchDIBits() directly? Or is there
- an internal transmorgrification of a DIB bitmap file which *requires*
- the CreateCompatibleDC(), SelectObject(), etc., silliness?
