- Can anyone tell me how to test for the vertical blank within a Windows program?
- (or the position of the electron beam, ie of the monitor)
-
- This is to provide flicker-free animation, which requires updating an image
- uninterrupted by the monitor refresh.
-
- There is probably not a generic solution, so just VGA specific code would be
- excellent.

- Thanks in advance.
