  12. I am writing a Windows application and I would like to use the
  13. _dos_settime routine of MSC7.0 to set the system time. Can I 
  14. do that without affecting the integrity of Windows (change the system
  15. time)? Is there any different way other tahn _dos_settime and 
  16. using the control panel? Is there a WIndows API call to do that ?
