- Possibly, this is because Windows 3.1 now uses some CTRL key combinations
- for Cut & Pasting (ala Mac). Have a look at the Edit menu in notepad v3.1,
- I think the CTRL-V / X / Z are used for Cut / Copy / Paste operations.

- I suppose Resource Workshop knows about this, so it won't allow you to
- use these key combinations.
