  11. I would like to cause certain parts of a graphic display to appear to be flashing,
  12. for example, by switching between two colors rapidly. Any clues to the most appropriate
  13. approach to this in Windows 3.1? In particular, I would like to highlight certains sections
  14. of a series of joined-together lines (created by calls to LineTo). Thanks for any information.
