- I would like to cause certain parts of a graphic display to appear to be flashing,
- for example, by switching between two colors rapidly. Any clues to the most appropriate
- approach to this in Windows 3.1? In particular, I would like to highlight certains sections
- of a series of joined-together lines (created by calls to LineTo). Thanks for any information.
