  10. I recently installed win 3.1... I have a Thunder Board sound card, and it
  11. constantly buzzes while windows is running.  No other programs cause this...
  12. the same thing happens with both the TB and SBlaster drivers.  Is there a fix
  13. for this?  It really is annoying... I have to turn the volume almost all the
  14. way down.
