  12. Continue to try to get satisfaction from them.  Hopefully you charged the
  13. purchase - if so let the credit card company know of the problem.  If the
  14. company is associated with a trade organization (look for the Direct Marketing
  15. Association (DMA) logo in the ad), give them a call.  Also provide a complaint
  16. in writing to the DMA, the credit card company, and the mail order house.  I
  17. hope you get satisfaction without having to go too far, but thanks for the
  18. warning about this place.
