- Continue to try to get satisfaction from them. Hopefully you charged the
- purchase - if so let the credit card company know of the problem. If the
- company is associated with a trade organization (look for the Direct Marketing
- Association (DMA) logo in the ad), give them a call. Also provide a complaint
- in writing to the DMA, the credit card company, and the mail order house. I
- hope you get satisfaction without having to go too far, but thanks for the
- warning about this place.
